The aim of the Honey Ryder Scandinavian Cocktail Lounge is clear: every cocktail we serve must be a unique taste experience, true to tradition and at the same time innovative and challenging. We take pride in the fact that you can taste the different flavours in our cocktails.

A good cocktail consists of three basic elements: A liquor that forms the basic element of taste in the cocktail, a mixer that corresponds with the liquor without dominating it and a flavour or aroma that brings the cocktail together so that all the tones and nuances are experienced in a well balanced and stimulating world of taste.
